A few bankers and management consultants, after working long years in their existing roles, felt the need to push boundaries and look for new challenges by utilizing their domain knowledge and skill sets on the way. Some were mainstream bankers and had worked in various roles in the bank while others had started out elsewhere working their way into a bank & large corporates and evolving as skilled HR professionals. All were unified in their deep knowledge of roles and responsibilities in the Corporate Sector and loved the challenge of garnering candidates best suited to the ‘role’. The idea of a team KONSOL was therefore born to arrange for skilled personnel to meet their best ‘fit’ in the industry.

The Advisory Board has senior bankers with over three decades of experience in leadership roles in multicultural environments managing client relationships & client-centric deliveries. We also have senior HR functionaries with extensive experience in Human Resource Management in Leadership positions with proven expertise in delivering strategic Leadership and Organizational Development interventions. Our trainers come with superior coaching and facilitation skills specialising in Learning & Leadership design, implementation and effectiveness measures.
